Chelsea are going to regret laying out 50 million pounds for Torres, it is an absurd figure when you consider what Barca just paid for Villa six or seven months ago. And Villa actually manages to play 90% of the games in a season unlike Torres who is usually out injured for half the season. And Villa's form has not been in the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean for the last 8 months. Roman and Chelsea are gambling big time on this move.

Torres, Drogba

Ramires, Zhirkov, Anelka,Davi Luiz...

They could also put ivanovic as RB and Start Luiz

they also have the option of Putting Anelka as winger (weird but he can play it and i watched him playing that)

Also Zhirkov could start in place of Malouda

they have many many options now

Hard to score in a system who doesn't work like it is the case for weeks under Simeone. Even more for a striker like Torres who is not what he was for years.

The biggest problem with Torres is that he is UCL tied.
Bayern 3-3-3-1 build-up under Heynckes :
Neuer - Boateng Hummels Thiago - Kimmich Vidal Alaba - Robben Müller James - Lewandowski
Neuer- Boateng Vidal Hummels- Kimmich Martinez Alaba- Robben James Ribéry- Lewandowski

Yes he is ucl tied but from what I have seen he needs spaces to run at and be comfortable. Then he is good like at liverpool. At bayern I don't think he would find it.
Anyway..his confidence is gone for some years now and thats a must for any striker.
