Mertens was bought for 7-8 Million odd in that combined deal. A Merterns Strootman combined deal would be atleast 30 Million because they were bought for 13 Million together & have been a Massive Success. I hope Strootman is not bought because I dont want one of the biggets dutch prospects to rot in the bench.

Anyways Mertens will go 12-15 Million odd I guess,Ruiz-Ballaz who were the two best players went for 14 Million & Mertens scores shitloads of goals for a winger & I expect a 15 Million price for him.

Judging just by stats he's been pretty impressive this season, and he's not old. Maybe there's been contact, but I think Shaqiri is still the main target.

Well Maybe he is our No. 2 alternative is Shaqiri fails. The things is Muller can play RW & Usami too. In terms of Ribery,we are only dependent on Alaba. Merterns a right footed LW & maybe can play both wings.

Very good target. If I could not get Shaqiri & I wanted someone for 11-13 Million I would definitely for Merterns.

i honestly prefer Shaqiri over this player .... and if we don't get shaqiri i think Andre Ayew would be a better alternative than Mertens

I dont want Andre Awey. Shaqiri I also prefer. Awey can play only 1 wing. Mertens although he plays LW,he is right footed & can play both wings. Besides I doubt if Awey would settle for a bench play & how expensive is he anyway??

I don't think it's true since we bought Shaqiri, but I hope it is because I think we still need another winger backup to be able to rotate both Ribery and Robben at the same time

Could be true that we are after a winger due to the fact that Pranjic and Usami are leaving and emergency winger Olic might be on his way out too.

If we get him I just hope we use him =/

According to Nerlinger we want to extend Contento so I don't think that's an issue for the board.

If Ribery or Alaba gets injured then we will have to use Contento, i want another back up for key games , not just Contento.

It seems he really wants to come to Bayern. He could be really good as Rubery's understudy/replacement.
