This may have already been posted, but Tolisso was included in the Europa League Squad of the Season this year:

He is out of the France squad against Sweden.

But he isn't the only one out of the squad. There is Zouma and Thauvin too.
Bayern 3-3-3-1 build-up under Heynckes :

I think he's going to stay for one more year. If(let's hope so) we get Tolisso,i think Renato could be going on loan for one year,it doesn't matter where,he just needs playing time.

Tolisso would be a top signing, but he is not "the new Xabi" at all. They are both good passers (maybe Xabi is a slightly better passer), but Tolisso is faster, a better dribbler, and scores more goals.

Tolisso would give the midfield a lot more interchangeability if Ancelotti sticks with a 4-3-3. Whereas Xabi could only play 1 position, Tolisso, Thiago, and Vidal can all interchange at anytime during a match or during the season.

Also, Vidal is 30 years old and has 1 year left on his contract after next season. Vidal is a great midfielder and I love him, but he can't keep playing 45 games a season for Bayern plus a Copa America, World Cup, and Confederations Cup during summers for Chile forever and expect to maintain peak performance.

The best thing for Sanches is a loan. He's not ready to start for Bayern, and he needs playing time. If not a loan, then let him go somewhere that he can play.

I hate to be a buzzkill, but they quote the L'Equipe article heavily. http://sportbild.bild.de/bundesliga/ver ... sport.html

I would really like this Tolisso transfer to happen. Call me crazy, but I think it's a better transfer than Sanchez because Tolisso is such a flexible and talented player. He can play DM (#6), CM (#8), AM (#10), and even emergency RB. Best of all, it's a smart transfer that isn't going to break the wage structure.

Transfer will be finalized after WC qualifiers.

When do you mean by this? Unless I'm reading things wrong, France's last WC qualifier for group is all the way in October... Next one is in August 31, the same day the transfer window closes...Unless he means after their most recent qualifier, which was today...

Why are we throwing good money for strengthening a position in which we have 9* alternatives? Are we going to be playing a formation with some 5 CMs?

*Thiago, Vidal, Martínez, Mueller, Sanches, Kimmich, Rudy, Alaba, Gaudino.

They played Sweden and still have a game against England on Tuesday where Tolisso is expected to play and then he can leave
