in that case we have to buy AC Milan coaches only (like leonardo, allegri), they have a great talent in managing troublemakers like ibra, robinho, cassano, etc..

Yes, that is exactly what I meant. Let's buy moronic coaches just because they are stern och no-nonsensical with players.

I would rather have Löw personally. Pep will have a language barrier and it's not like a bunch of Barca players or even spaniards end up at bayern because he is the coach. Löw knows the Bayern players and would be better at recruiting more german ones. Plus I think Löw's style of coaching would fit right in at Bayern. I am surprised the board were making a move for Pep, and assuming that he could replicate the same success at Bayern that he did at Barca (a spanish club whom he identified with). I doubt pep could replicate the same success outside of barca.

SPAIN COACH DEL BOSQUE TO BILD : Guardiola a perfect fit for Bayern

The Bavarians want to super-coach Pep Guardiola (41) as replacement Heynckes from 2013.

BILD asked on Spain's national coach after Vicente del Bosque (61) is enthusiastic: "And how would that fit! Guardiola could start tomorrow and would make it great. He speaks good English and would otherwise not be a problem to communicate his ideas. I would appreciate it. "
Not only del Bosque is impressed by Bavaria's mega plan.
Barcelona's goalkeeper Victor Valdes played four years under Guardiola, won 14 titles with him. Valdés: "Guardiola is right for any club anywhere in the world and would be successful. He would take a little time to teach his players the game idea, but then it would run. Especially at FC Bayern, one of the biggest clubs in the world. "
Valdés Guardiola wants "nothing but the best." Always? "Besides, he plays against us, then I wish him the very worst."
The Bavarians would take it ...

GUARDIOLA to coach BAYERN?

Bavaria is working on the sensation of dredged Pep Guardiola (41). The Spaniard is to be succeeded in 2013 by Jupp Heynckes (67). The current world-coach and Bayern - do they go? The PAGE analysis.
► tactics. 4-3-3 system, extreme pressing, attacking full-back, a lot of ball possession, technical perfection. Sun Guardiola won 14 titles with Barcelona in four years. Bayern plays at the 4-2-3-1 system with plenty of possession, is effective against strong defensive lines but often uninspired. The fullbacks are defensive, the positional accuracy is higher.
► Language. German is as Bayern coach duty. Guardiola speaks Spanish, Italian and English. In a year he could easily learn German.
► salary. Guardiola at Barcelona earned estimated € 10 million per year. Money is not the most important thing to him. An offer from Qatar (20 million per year), he refused. It would be Bavaria's most expensive coach of all time.
► personality. In literature, music and theater interests, dressed elegantly. Party trips he did not tolerate ego-stars such as Ibrahimovic, he sorted out. A gentleman who appreciate what the Bayern bosses.
Conclusion: Guardiola and Bavaria - that fits!
But until January, he wants to deal with new job offers, making a sabbatical year with the family (wife Cristina, three children) in New York. Bayern star Tony Kroos to BILD about Guardiola: "The best of the best. But this is pie in the sky. We do well to focus on the new season. Finally, we need to catch up. "Is ...

RE: Language; Alaba, Kroos and Müller definitely speak English, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume that Schweini and Lahm and other local lads can at least get by in it. Lord knows how he would communicate with Ribs though. :P

Ribéry? He just puts a picture of a 17 year old girl behind the opposing goal.

I don't know how Ribery gets the ladies, but I think kicking balls at them is too much even for him.

So key here is not to follow Guardiola in New York but Ribéry in Munich. He gets anywhere near a language school and...
