Guardiola seems to be the type of coach that would be interested in an institution (Ajax, Bayern, Barca, Bilbao) than a team with a sugardaddy and legions of 12 year-old glory-hunters.

Bayern talking to Guardiola

Postby Deutche » Mon Jun 18, 2012 10:10 pm

Twitter is exploding with this rumor. Bayern talking to Guardiola to take over in 2013. Again just rumor at this point.

Update:

Per Red robbery: Nerlinger spoke to his agent during Copa del Rey final and there is interest to join Bayern in 2013/2014.

Sport- Bild is now reporting this as well in addition to Guardiola rejecting Chelseas 13 mill per year offer because of this

Bayern should definitely get this guy, he can handle guys with big egos(Robben), always seems to have a good rotation, and encourages youth players to get some playing time this is perfect [-o< [-o< [-o< [-o< [-o< [-o<

As I'm sure previous users have mentioned, Guardiola is a good coach tactically. But his man management skills are less impressive.
Tactically we will become a bit more like Dortmund, closing up spaces quickly - I believe.

But as the Ibrahimovic- Pedro- Jeffren- Touré- Chygrinskiy- Eto'o- sagas have shown, he is unable to handle troublesome personalities.
A little birdy told me that we're FC Hollywood - the Mecca of troublesome personalities. He tends to alienate such players and that makes me a little skeptical tbh.

I'm not sure if he's the man to take us forward.
I'll paint any car for 3.95.

in that case we have to buy AC Milan coaches only (like leonardo, allegri), they have a great talent in managing troublemakers like ibra, robinho, cassano, etc..

I would love it, but it will be weird having a Spanish coach, to say the least.

Especially since we're a club who never even had a Spanish player (as far as I know)
