mid table teams have lot of disadvantages mainly financially, so they will not have great players but it doesnt mean such coaches are not good, what is really required in a coach is vision, superior tactics, managing the team, motivating the team, preventing ego clashes, etc...

di matteo is very defensive minded coach [-X , slomka, favre and also babbel will be wait and watch =P~ , guardiola will be a great pick but if are able to get mourinho it would be superb  ...

I'm not saying they might not be good, which is a very high chance if they joined Bayern to turn out not to be good. I just don't want to gable on a coach, I want us to go out and get a world class coach, one that is proven and see what he does. Guardiola I wouldn't mind, and our boards bullsh1t excuses that certain coaches are not eligible because they do not speak German is garbage.

Well IDK I think the good mid table coaches are better because they achieve more with less, world class coaches usually get world class teams, so success is pretty much a guarantee.

Stop dreaming about coaches who enjoy under 40% possession. They're not going to work here.

We need a coach who can teach us how to counter, our counters are seriously frustrating, I don't even get excited over a counter anymore knowing we'll screw it up.

Hannover are great at counter-attacks, but you can't be sure that he would use the same tactics if he coached Bayern. I mean, almost every mid-table club plays with counterattacks these days

We suck at counters, we can learn from a mid table club TBH.
