You know how the old song goes, 'those of us who want Klopp to ride our fortunes in the CL please stand up, please stand up.'

Now, if I can only find that tune I had for Fink...

Wouldn't want Klopp either. His miracles have been with the underdogs, playing counterattacking and reactive football, but it is painfully visible that he's not suited for coaching in Europe. And Bayern wants success in Europe.

It's too soon to judge Klopp's performances as a coach in CL.... His team is damn too young and utterly inexperienced in CL.... Thankfully, we have a couple of years ahead of us to have a better judgment over him by watching Dortmund's performances in Europe next year or so.... Then we will have a better assessment of his quality....

There were many coaches who won the CL by playing counterattacking football... including the likes of Mourinho, Benitez,....
It's just too soon to rule out Klopp because his Dortmund failed in CL this season.

Which pretty much means he is in no way FCB material.

How so??? His Dortmund are too young and too inexperienced in the CL... "Experience" is what helped a much lower-quality team like Leverkusen advance.... Had Dortmund have that kind of experience, they would have won their group by now....

We should wait and see how well Klopp will function with a more experienced Dortmund next year....

Experience? You mean the kind that made Kehl screw up his teams' chances in the first game with Arsenal?

I don't think Europe's third best team who is tied with Barza on the number of CL trophies oughta be looking for coaches who 'might' some day do well at the European level. What we need of course is another one that can help up reach the biggest goal difference (with less goals against) in the most difficult group and qualify top spot in the process with a game to spare. Damm who can that be?

Please lets not get into who has a bigger budget, Dortmund of FCB 'cause the answer is simple: Manchester City.

I have nothing against Klopp BTW, I just think his tactic effectiveness was evidenced against Arsenal and Olympiakos in Dortmund. HE IS MAKING US LOOK BAD IN EUROPE for crying out loud! And about that win against us, well, a draw was a lot more fair than a lucky goal.

I would love us getting Mourinho...even if he is "prick" he is top coach and everyone sees that.

He would act different under our management I am sure of that.
What ever he does is just great and I would love for him to come here after Jupp retires and gets the best out of our youngsters and builds a team for the next 10 years.

We are on a good way with Juppy that is for sure...but he will be here for maybe next 2 years and after that I dont want another young coach who had some good spells. I want someone who is experienced and who would make us the strongest team in Europe.

I don't want Klopp not because I think he would fail, but because I'd rather have him stay at Dortmund. I think he can turn them into something big. Having a consistent challenger can only help Bayern. It would force us to keep investing in the team even when we think we are good enough. It's exactly what we need.

And yes, my number one choice is Mourinho too. I know some of you hate him, and he spends a lot of money, but he is still the best coach in the world at present.

Mourinho is a genius of a coach but the guy is just crazy. Too erratic for Bayern, he wouldn't get along with Uli and staff just like he didn't get along with Abramovich.
