Better Allegri than Tuchel..
Anyway both are suboptimal solutions..seeing nagelsmanns performances lately i am now apprehensive about him..
If Jupp somehow agrees to stay for another year then NOTHING beats it obviously..
If not..which currently appears the most likely scenario then..
Pochettino or conte.

German speaking coach is a must...
it seems that Nagelsmann,Hasenhüttl,Klopp are out of reach...
I am not a fan of Tuchel but I can live with him...
As a dark horse I am giving a chance to Nico Kovac

You must be happy with Frankfurt's performances. You've been saying we should get Niko for a long time. :)

I remain as hesitant about signing coaches from overperforming small teams - as much as I respect their achievements there - as I was when many wanted Favre. I prefer Tuchel.

If tuchel is the best option available then I can see why Uli wants to extend Heynckes by 1 more year then bring in Low..
But I don't get it..what's the problem with conte or pochettino..ok pochettino needs to prove more..but conte is well proven and learning german is not rocket science is it?

Italians are inherently incapable to learn any other language beside italian.
He'd need a translator for a long while
But then again in today's modern football how many players will not understand english?
Still as a non Bayern fan the best german speaking option is Jupp.
Second Low and thirdly Klinsmann they proved good with german national team
By the way why is he so against making one more season for Bayern till Low?

How about Klinsmann?

Honestly I can't see Klopp managing Bayern. An hard BvBer like him would feel so out of place imo

Getting their clubs to part with them, more than anything.

Well,if you made a list of the traits that define Mauricio Pochettino’s era at Tottenham, it’d probably look like this:

Every player has to be committed to the amount of running required by his system. If you don’t run, you won’t play.
Giving youth team players a chance to feature in the first team and promoting those who earn a spot in the squad.
Being patient with player development and letting the players willing to work hard have ample time to establish themselves in the team.

And he has fostered a togetherness and built a work ethic that is second to none in the Premier League. The team is well drilled to the extent that every player knows his role yet they have a level of freedom that allows them to express themselves. Given the fact that they are NOT a buying team, for me he is one of the best in the World,a top 5 in my list.

It would be excellent to have him in Bayern.

The other one which i like very much (just like @FCBayernMunchen :P ) is Favre.I think that he is one of the most underrated coaches in today's football.
The fact that Favre has achieved his success on modest finances in Bor. M'gladbach and Nice has relied on getting the maximum out of the players he inherits speaks volumes for his ability. It would be nice to have a high-respected coach like him,and the good thing is that he has worked in Germany before.

And my third wish would be Paulo Fonseca.
Just like Favre,he did an amazing job in Porto,Paços Ferreira,Braga (they are playing in Europe because of him,he led the them to the fourth position, also winning the domestic cup) and now he is the only coach this season who beat City with Shakhtar .And from what i see,he's got an eye for a good defenders (maybe because he played as a CB);every team that he managed was very stable in defence.

Probably green grass which are taking away from the cows.

Jokes aside, they aren't candidates for FCB's bench. Klinsmann can't coach anything serious in football these days, not even a serious national team, while both Italians would struggle at Bayern in both German understanding of football and a language barrier.

Tuchel is the only real candidate for Bayern since Heynckes is giving his best to get this salvation done as best as possible and fix all the mess what Ancelotti made and left behind in München and strongly rejects the possibility of staying after this season even though he's the best choice for Bayern's future despite his age.

A lot of coaches aren't ready to lead Bayern just as Hasenhüttl said lately and Naglesmann is still way too green and immature to take such a great responsibility as leading FC Bayern.

Favre hasn't been the board's favorite, and on the other side, once promising guy M. Weinzierl didn't have a big time at Schalke which ended as a bad episode.

@IsiahRashad: :mrgreen:
Don't get me wrong, it's not that I don't like Favre and I agree he did brilliantly. I'm just not convinced that these type of coaches can replicate that success with bigger teams because the conditions are very different: expectations, pressure, number of games, squad management and rotation, player ego, and so on.

I would take him over many other coaches, but he's not in my top 3 from the names that have been mentioned.

Conte will be sacked if it ends up as its going..

Pochettino has only 1 year left in his contract so tottenham might sell..
