I don't understand why Jupp accepted this. He is 72, retired for 4 years and now he needs to fight with players and trips (for what?, for only half year where he can do some ruin on his legacy and reputation).

I feel sorry for Jupp that he has to do this for us (if the rumors are true).
He must be doing this as some sort of favour to the big boys and the players. Seriously the man is 72 and hasn't been coaching (as far as I know) the last four years... #-o

He can almost certainly only do damage to his reputation after the treble...

Bad decision for both parties although I can see the logic if it's only until the summer, where a Tuchel or someone else can take over and have time to prepare until then.

But would have much rather had Tuchel come in at once and try to do his best...

The goal this season must be a top three finish in the BuLi and a CLquarter final plus at least beat Leipzig in the Pokal. If BVB f#%k up, we can even possibly still challenge for the title.

While some fans feel sorry for Heyckes comeback, I feel very happy! Is amazing if he can return, this will join every bayern family (fans, board, players) that we were very separated after saw more fc hollywood with Pep and Ancelotti, instead of see FC Bayern football.

You don't think it's a possibility that he does it because he loves the club?

Yes of course, but do you think that just for that he will earn a salary as an interim coach? NO! He is a legendary coach!

He deserve a better contract than what Pep had. Will be an inrespect if he earn less than Pep. I see this thing with reason and reality, I dont see this with the eyes of a novel romantic fan as you..

Also I dont know why fans always see money as traitor, evil or non value thing... :?

Of course.

You initially made it sound like it only took money to get him back.

I love Jupp. He's a legend and I'll always be grateful to him, but I feel this is a step backwards.

Instead of going for a guy like Tuchel or hell, even Naggelsmann (pay his release clause/breach of contract now and screw it) and start right now building a team for the mid-to-long term, we decide to tarnish Jupp's legacy and perfect retirement ? F-uck you board.

And the most mind blowing thing is. In my opinion the worst case scenario is: what is Jupp succeeds ? We at least contend for the CL and win the double while playing great football ? Then we'll screw him over (again), stop all progress the team made and start again from scratch with god knows who ? F-uck you board²

Stopped reading here.

We've just fired who I consider by far the worst coach in Bayern's history and we're replacing him with who I consider the best coach in Bayern's history. I know it's been 4 years, but as long as he still remembers how to conduct a training session it's already an improvement over Ancelotti.
