This is another source that is reporting Pep to Man C. There arent any quotes from Pep or his representatives, only from a Spanish reporter saying its true.

Goal.com are reporting (via Sky Sports Italy) that Guardiola has agreed to come to Bayern. I know it's goal but still... Other rumors are beginning to trickle out around the internet as well. :D

Considering how much talent is in La Liga, it would be interesting to have a Spaniard coach a Bayern team and draw some more quality talent into the Bundesliga in general and Bayern specifically.

Well, that's the thing, it's a risky move considering that it's not clear how much credit he deserves for his succesful time at Barca---I mean, heck, he had three of the best players in the world in Messi, Iniesta and Xavi. Now, considering that this means that Jupp has decided to retire and we would be hunting for a coach anyways, it is a risk I'm very willing to take.

The weird thing is that it is being reported by Sky Italy, and not some source from either Germany or Spain :?

Nah, this is going to be a hell of a longer saga if you ask me.
