I think that the international media does not give us as much attention as Real Madrid and Barcelona, maybe even some English teams, when it comes to results. Guardiola as coach would definitely change that.

I can't see any negatives to that.

Pep would help bring Bayern and the league much needed international attention as the media since the media still under estimate German teams like Bayern Munich in favor of lesser sides like Madrid and Man U.....

Saying Madrid and ManU are lesser sides is pure hubris. I like neither one of them and I'm scared of neither one of them, but let's not get too cocky here.

I know im just frustrated since I live in America im reminded every day of the greatness those teams have achieved and when I remind people Bayern beat them last time they played they act ad if it was a fluke......

So Pep refused a couple of teams now, and Inter said they dont want him so he either goes to milan which i highly doubt he would or come to Bayern.

IMO, he is interested in us more than we are interested in him at the moment. The call is in our hands. I think he'll say ok the moment we ring his phone (i.e. If Uli wants to, of course), because there can't be a club more suited to his footballing philosophy than Bayern. This guy coached players of the highest calibre (Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, etc.) so he'll definitely want to coach players of the same calibre (yes, same, in the form of Bastian, Kroos, Ribery, etc.) rather than the old-timers of ManUtd and AC Milan :P

What do you guys think about Allegri? He's a great manager but might be pushed out in favor of Pep. I think he'd do well here, not the ideal coach but definitely a good option.

I have not seen much of him but someone I know who supports Milan says that most fans are fed up with him. He's clueless and sticks to the same tactics all the time, and sometimes he makes very stupid decisions with the lineups.

Slomka is hesitating to extend his contract at Hannover96.

Nothing groundbreaking of course. The usual blabla from him. Paraphrased: I want to concentrate on sporting goals for now, we have lots of games till the winter break. We don't need anything right now that would distract us from our goals.

Who can dominate as Hitzfeld in Bundesliga, he should be hired as Bayern coach.
