I'd see him as the first team coach under a new head coach. I couldn't see him taking the head coach role. Mind you, it's happened with the likes of Guardiola at Barcelona.

I think we need Scholl to stay with the reserves and help them get back to 3.Liga... then help them stabilize themselves in the 3.Liga.... This is at least a 2-3 year process... It's absolutely necessary for the development of many of our bright talents... It's also necessary for our future talents to compete in a more competitive league than Regionalliga-Bayern...

On the other hand, Scholl is too inexperienced in coaching.... It's only his 2nd season... he himself need to work and learn... hopefully he'll establish himself in a way that he someday gets the senior job :)

But I don't think that's next season.

Scholl is not that kind of personality who can after 2 seasons by FCB II become a stuff for 1. liga. I don't these attributes in him who would emerged to put it right in the team. I'm worried about Scholl because he doesn't inspire confidence and I'm getting an opinion that he won't be a great coach one day and look more like Mario Basler who only has worked in 3rd-4th level of german football by now. :|

Well... He has done a great job for FCB-II so far... let's see how successful he can be and then think about whether he should be considered or not! :)

I dont think people should be jumping the gun on Scholl, his first year was not anything to talk about and his second year is good so far but yet to be done lets w8 another 2 or 3 yrs and if he can get BM II promoted and keep them up top 10 or more then he should be strongly considered...

Well, the only way I'd consider Scholl as our next year's first team coach (besides having one heck of a job with the IIs, of course) is if we win the treble this year. That would mean that we've reached our goals and we're ready to get that something new to remain at the top. Otherwise, we will need to get that experienced and "modern" type of coach to get us what we want next year (Guardiola, though I wouldn't mind Favre at all).

I've been on the Scholl/Kahn double ticket for quite a while now. IT IS A FOOLPROOF PLAN.

Yeah... After his recent success of relegating FCB-II to Regionalliga, I guess that would be the logical move...

I feel like the only guy who can take Bayern Munich to the next level is Pep and is by far the best option out of any other option atm. The only two teams i can see him go to are AC Milan, Man U, and last but not least Bayern Munich

I would also like to see Pep coaching us...imagine all the fuzz around him if he comes:)

Our players still have that possession football after they were brainwashed by LVG...so it wouldnt be hard to implement his tactics.

That could prove to be a problem, bringing a lot of unnecessary pressure and media attention.

We are the FC Bayern. We already have the pressure to win every title and the media attention couldn't be bigger. Pep wouldn't make a big difference.
