I'd only let him go if we won the treble this season and brought in a world class midfielder in the summer

Letting him go is out of question even if we sign Verratti since both are very different and Vidal is very much needed in 4-3-3. as if signing Verratti is easy. l don't believe any team can sign him next season.

l like how you believe in crappy English media. However you shouldn't forget Chealse is a team who can't manage to sign Romagnoli/Koulibaly from selling clubs. l think they are working on Kessie deal now. Vidal is impossible case for them. Yes, signing Bayern's star player is impossible for any team in the world.

I don't like any of this. Verratti is a high hope regardless of our MF situation, and Carlo was not convincing with his answer in that press conference. Call me Judas but, if Vidal leaves, I'd almost rather take a season or two to rebuild with what we have. Kimmich and Sanches are gems who just need some time. I'd rather build up for the long-term than spend a record amount of money to win one CL and then need to rebuild again. But I'm also very very drunk right now. So I don't know.

Vidal won't leave unless Bayern already has a plan for the midfield next year that would improve it in comparison to this year.

I can't think of a better mix of age, talent, world-class and creativity in any team in the world. Maybe Verratti or Modric (replacing Alonso) can improve our midfield, other than that - no.

I agree with your point of view and honestly we should get Verratti and keep Vidal, our midfield would be the best in the world.

According to El Mercurio there have been talks between Conte and Vidal... Conte would want him this winter but Vidal wants to stay this season to win the CL with Bayern, allegedly Vidal has agreed to move there in the summer.

Bayern would let him leave for 65m.

[source]

I disagree. Vidal is one of our MVPs and we need to send out a message. Not for sale, and if we are forced to sell, not less than 100m. Chelsea have the money

Hold out for more than €65m if you can but that's not the worst thing in the world. Vidal will be 30 by the start of next season and has been picking up more injuries lately it seems. Especially whenever he goes to play for Chile and gets mugged every match

We need Vidal to become Sanches' mentor.

If Madrid can pay 75 million for 30 year old zidane..that too so many years back..we MUST hold out for at least 100 million..

We paid €37m for him a year and a half ago. He'll be 30 soon and if we get €65m for him it's good profit, especially considering he'd more than double our record sale. We're talking €28m profit in two years for an old player when our record sale was €30m for Kroos.
