I think they will win the BuLi (bayern never won more than 3 BuLi in a row) however I think we will be in Milan on May 28 and...

If our board doesn't take the right decisions this summer, we have a very low chance of winning BuLi and an even lower chance of reaching the CHL final. The two are not mutually exclusive; they are inclusive

That's being a bit extreme, don't you think? We won it pretty easily the past years, and the only thing that's changing is that we will be getting a lot of players back from injury this fall.

I don't think it is extreme at all. Wolfsburg crushed us 4-1 when we had an almost fully fit squad and just after the winter break. And we ARE the best team in BuLi. They are not bad at all and they will surely add the right reinforcements.
We won it easily because we had the right players and there was no real competition. This year, Wolfsburg didn't start well but next season, they have more experience, as well as CHL matches as motivation. Even if we win, we won't have a 10-point gap. It will be a title race, not an one-club-race. And it's gonna be exciting. We're going to be really happy when we win, instead of winning the title in March and spending the rest of spring doing nothing. Furthermore, the players will have to focus more and that will help our CHL game.

And for the right players: we won with the two best wingers on earth when they were on their peak. The Dutch won has injuries upon injuries, but when he comes, he will impact the game. The French one looks pretty much hopeless, so we CANNOT rely on him, period. We won with the best midfield duo Javi-Basti. And now, Basti is showing less and less brilliance and more and more injuries and there are even reports linking him to Man Utd - rumors he didn't turn down. And Martinez - if he plays - will be used as a centre-back.
We also won because of our consistent captain. He is still the leader on & off pitch, but he is used in midfield instead of his best position and he too, is past his peak.
We won with counter-attacks - something we don't do anymore.
My hope for the future lies with Alaba & Thiago staying fit, Gotze stepping up (if we don't sell him in the summer), Muller being his old, brilliant self, Boateng being the solid rock he's been for most of the matches, Neuer doing what he does best and Lahm having the brains & guts to keep the team together for 2-3 more years.
In theory, even without any transfer-wonders, we have a chance of winning all three titles. But we would have to start massive rebuilding next year.

Benatia-Rudiger swap, why not... I remember mentioning him when we were going after Benatia just to be called whatever. Roma has a good eye for defenders... the best. Even if we thrashed them... :P They always make great deals for defenders...

I also liked Rüdiger very much last time I saw him play, but haven't seen him recently. Benatia is a beast of defender, but keeps getting injured. Let's see how the season ends for him.
