I'm glad Bayern didn't sign him because I don't think he's worth 64 million Euros. Felipe Anderson should be our next winger and Ribery's replacement.

No backtalk from me there... ;)

I could also live with a younger player with prospect, like Coman or Traoré...

Can I add, as a United supporter, I was delighted when we signed him last season.
After witnessing nothing short of absolute spineless cowardism from this rat for the last 11 months, I'm glad to see the back of him. Count yourselves very lucky Pep didn't try to get him.

I firmly believe a deal was in place with PSG over a year ago when they were restricted by FFP.
Carlo Ancelotti said after we signed him ""Some players like the competition, and some like the money" - Never a truer word with this ****.

Guys what do you thinik about signing Di Maria now in 2017? We are still dearly paying the consequences from 2015 when because of our "wage structure" and "clubs's culture regarding transfer fees" we saved a 25 years old from civil war Ukraine instead of Di Maria. The super top brazilians, those of world clas players like Neymar, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Pato, Kaka, Thiago Silva, Gabriel Jesus and now Vicinius are always signed by the big western clubs, who have scouts in all South America. Players like Douglas Costa, Luiz Adriano, Willian, Brandao, Hulk are very good players, international class, but with a level of brilliance under the first ones. I know that Donetk was paying good, but at 20-25 years if you have a Neymar or even Gabriel Jesus DNA you are smashed by a big western club after just one year, or you not even arrive in Ukraine or Russia. Why wasn't Neymar, Kaka, Pato, Jesus, Vicinius take taken by a russian or ukrainean club? Because they are good or very goodthey are super super top. you have to have some doubts how a player at 25 years was playing in Ukraine, he was not a teenager of 18-20 years just arrived in Europe. And not just about atittidune, but ultimately it's about class too. Anyway, we should not have gone for a 25 years Costa and gone instead after Di Maria in 2015. I know that he signed for money for PSG but he is not such a bad boy like Costa. Under Ancelloti he was tremendous, and he didn't want to go to United, he wanted to stay in Madrid and win trophies but was brutally eliminated by Florentino Perez from Real's plans. At least he is with a level on Costa, even regarding his talent, and I opened this discussion, because apparently he is going to Italy to Inter for 49 millions, money that Bayern can afford withoud damaging their "culture". He is way better than Costa.

P.S And before saying that he is just after money, take a look at the list of the big clubs from Europe and how much they spend from their revenues on players wages. You will find that Bayern spend more on salaries than Juventus, and Inter is spending on wages less than Juventus, and less even than Ac Milan.

At this point he is in the same boat as Sanchez, a star but on very high wages and we would be lucky to get 3/4 seasons of world class play from him....

He is not on high wages at this point. Inter will give him 6-8 millions a year and a contract on four years. Inter does not have a bigger salary bigger than 7 millions. And is worth to give thim 7-8 millions if you have him forR 3 years in full service. And he is born in 1988, as Sanchez is. Better give Di Maria a 8-9 or 10 millions than to give Sanchez 15-16 millions.

I don't know about the Inter speculation so what you said is news to me. But I'm very sure he is not on anything less than 10m/yr at PSG and to try to pry one of PSG's best players right now would be costly regardless of the wages. If there is a ripe stat Bayern want to target it isn't going to be Di Maria. That boat passed the time he moved to Man U and then to PSG.....
