Competition Matches Minutes
1.Bundesliga 14 985
Champions League 7 496
CL-Quali 1 27
DFB-Pokal 4 190
Total: 26 1698

He needs to play at least 45 minutes in the match though for a match to count.

So that's 12 in the Bundesliga, 5 in the Champions League and 2 in the DFB-Pokal

At this rate he is risking potentially not reaching 25 matches.

We have from 11 to 17 matches remaining, depending on how far we progress in the Champions League and whether we beat Gladbach in the German Cup.

Out of these, he needs to play in 6 more matches. For the pessimist, that's over half of the matches we have left.

Tymo probably won't get the remaining matches to make it. I also think he will move on in the Summer. He's a great backup, but won't want that for his remaining years.

Yeah, as the second half of the season has progressed this seems to be the likely outcome.

He needs 5 more now. I think he will make it unless he suffers an injury.

We need him and his experience. We got room for him as he's versatile.

Great option, not great on complaining to the press about lack of playing time. Heynckes has shown he CAN use Tymo -- but in other teams, Tymo WILL be a starter when not injured.

According to Sky Sports International, AC Milan may be interested in making a move for Anatoliy Tymoshchuk as a replacement of Mark van Bommel.

I read rumors over the weekend that Tymo was offered to both AC and Inter but figured it was another Italian hoax.

If Martinez or M'Villa would come to us, Tymo probably would be gone.

He did not show his talent in the most important moment for us and for his career, I mean durign the CL final OT, playing as CDM, where I missed something different from him. I think that Heynkess was also upset for this performance and this search for a midfielder comes from that reason.

He was playing as CB, not CDM in CL final...

In extra time he was playing CDM after DvB was sent in.

I didn't see the problem with him as CDM during that period. It was not like Chelsea had a million chances for him to challenge. In fact, he had a quite decent game in the final. Unfortunately, he undone this refusing to take a penalty in the shoot-out.

Yes, I meant that he did not give more options to our attack in the OT, passing was very conservative, without creating trouble to the Chelsea deffence. Compared to L Guztavo he is far from being a regular player for FCB.
