As a french I watched the final against Italy.

He was unbelievable ... but he wasn't the only one. All the team was incredible.

Can he reach the top level ? Nobody know ...

Reportedly he refused to sign for MUFC and Arsenal last year and signed a professional contract with Nantes instead...

We are a bit low in depth in central attacking midfielders. He would be used once in awhile if he stayed with us, not going on loan.... He could always pull a Coman!
I don't know anything about him, but young players are my fax!

Didn't he join their first team only last month? Would be weird for him to move now....Also, can't find the rumour anywhere else.

France have really stepped it up with youth development, dare I say they have probably even surpassed Germany. I haven't really seen him play but I wouldn't be surprised if he turns out to be a great talent.

France has been great in youth development since the 90's. Their problem is not the talent (they have the biggest pool in Europe...), it's the mindset (and therefore how they handle success) : French players tend to have a terrible mentality (Knysna anybody?) and I think it prevented them from winning a few competitions...
It seems to get better as Griezmann and Co look like good guys but Pogba's handling of his transfer saga on his social media doesn't inspire confidence...

Yes, overall I think German teams do a better job in shielding youngsters form the media spotlight and I also think the German youth development program strikes a very good balance between football and education.
I do feel however that the big problem with German youngsters is that they tend to pick up injuries too often. Don't know if they are pushing too hard or its something else.

Yea, but I think there are positions where German youngsters are distinctly better, goalkeepers, centre backs and full backs. But, sure, I think they have the lead when it comes to mid fielders and forwards. So, I don't know if I agree completely.

As long as he stays there rather than join someone else that's ok
