Nah, you're reading too much into it. If Liverpool, Barcelona or Juventus were playing a team I was a ballboy at, I'd beg each player for a shirt. It would make me feel closer to football and all that it means.

Alvaro liked this on instagram today.A lot of the british media are writing that he's already Man.United player,and they are waiting him tommorow for the medicals.Transfer fee around 73m. Euros.

Spending 70 million+ on a bench player who wants away and is not wanted by his club just doesn't look like good business regardless of the player's quality. Well, it is good business...to Real.

Nono, Real is a poorly run, indebted club...

They probably have a huge earner off their books, big need for a striker (and everyone knew), and Morata is probably the best available option... Very expensive, yes, but that's what you get when you get yourself in a messed up dead end situation... (kinda like the Alexis thing with us...)
Since those 70m are not really hurting them, they can still very much live with that deal...

I just don't see many other teams being interested with a price tag that high, so MU should be/should have been able to get a somewhat better deal than that.

But I guess you are right...why bother when money just doesn't matter :P
