Exactly. Maybe I misspoke, it's not just Dembele. It's Dembele, Sané, KDB...

Definitely much more than 5 around the world, but how many that can be bought for the price we got Gnabry for?

Yeah cheaping out just doesn't get you far... We went for Costa in an effort to make a "cheap" deal - look what we got...
Costa and Gnabry already adds up to almost 50m... I'd rather pay those 50 once and get an actual impact player that has more than 3-5 good months in his tenure here - or even worse his entire career...

Edit: and YES, I realize it's not me paying...

Well, sometimes, cheap players unexpectedly do well. With Gnabry it's already happened once. He did better for Germany U21 and Werder Bremen than Arsenal/WBA thought he'd fare. Therefore, you can consider him as a sort of gamble, rather than someone who is expected to immediately break into the first team and start performing well. If he does well, we'd have done a great deal. If not, not such a big loss. The expectations for him aren't high either so he will have an opportunity to reach the next level.

I would agree, if I didn't think he was all we'll be getting this year on offense, where IMHO we actually need TWO real reinforcements...
As it stands him doing well would only throw us back even more - the way Costa did... Cause we still seem to think there will always be another steal that magically turns to gold... We don't need to invest 100m every season... If we do it right, an occasional 50m player would be more than enough to stay competitive...

After Tolisso, all i want is WC winger and i think our squad is pretty much complete for CL.WC winger, not cheap ass average player.

Sportbild are saying that we're not done with Süle,Rudy,Gnabry and Tolisso, and we should expect more new players.

Well said MUTU.

Bayern paid 30m for Costa, and look likely to sell him for 40m + bonuses. Costa's sale will pay for his own transfer + Gnabry's 10 million transfer + make potential profit on top of all that.

At a 10 million fee there is huge room for profit with Gnabry. If he becomes a Champion's League level player Bayern will just extend his contract.

I am not being negative anymore.Coz anyway board doesn't listen to me or anyone here. Tolisso is a good signing I trust our scouts and the people who watch ligue 1 regularly. My point is Rudy,Gnabry,Tolisso,Sule If I told you 1 summer ago that next season 1 club will sign these 4 players you would have probably said ..
"Wait I know who.."
"Dortmund?"
"No"
"Ummmmmm..WOLFSBURG!"
"No"
"OK..RBL?"
"NO,Its Bayern.."

66% people would have fainted ..you are seeing what my point is?
This doesn't seem like a Bayern/Real/Barca trasfer window..it seems like rbl, bvb, wob type of window..To make it a Bayern window we MUST sign one of Rodriguez,Sanchez or Griezmann..We MUST sign 1 SUPERSTAR!
We were promised grenades and what these people are buying are firecrackers..
