how do you get your pic resized to fit right, everytime i do it it comes out too small to see, thanks.

You find picture you like and then you resize to 100x100 pixels

And one more thing, picture size must be 10.00KiB or under 10.00KiB

its what i tryed to do on photoshop, but a 100 x 100 pic is over 10kb, any size under 10kb is way too small.

If you compress the file for website or email first, then resize, that usually works for me.

If you open it up in Microsoft Picture Manager (I think that's what it's called). Click the edit picture icon, then there should be an option to compress picture and resize.

microsoft picture manager? will see if its on my pc, must be other ways too lol

You can use Paint as well. Click on Resize and then Pixels.
