For me he is becoming more and more unintelligible. :?: :?
So no S04, no Stoke but Inter where he was tragic and warmed bench?

Schalke is a win-win. Shaqiri gets to play in a familiar league and take on a bigger role and Schalke can play Draxler as CAM and get a decent winger. I'm sure he could flourish in Gelsenkirchen.

Draxler is going to kill his international career if he moves to CAM. No way he's going to start before Özil, Götze, Kroos (?) and Meyer.

Shaq to Schalke doesn't make that much sense IMO.

He played CAM until he was pushed to the wing. He's said multiple times that he prefers it and does not want to play on the wing. Granted there are many more CAMs on the national team, but he underperforms on the wing so I doubt he would get much (good) playing time on the wing either.

I know, but I liked him on the wing whenever I saw him play. Plus, football at large is filled with great cams and not so many great wingers. He should consider that.

Shaq should too BTW.

Maybe he should learn to play striker ;) German team full of all-stars and midfielders... and Götze and Kruse battling it out to play upfront. Either that or fullback haha.

I think he is a player for smaller teams where he gets more freedom. By the way what happened to Stoke City?

He refused the transfer, just like Schalke.

Shaqiri actually played pretty well for Inter/Mancini....

I just think Inter think they can get Mohamed Salah for less money and save themselves some money, especially after getting Kondogbia and Miranda earlier in the transfer window
