Yes but he should have asked to leave when we were in talks with Reina not on the dying hours of the transfer window. It also defeats the purpose of signing Reina. We wanted 3 GKs.

If we wanted Lulic to replace Raeder's spot, we wouldn't have bought Reina though. Starke should have known what will happen to him once we signed a more experienced GK than him. Wonder why he didn't ask to leave sooner if he wanted to leave.

I don't have problem with him leavin, this simply means our scout team will need to workharder finding a young German prospect to replace, someone between the age of 17-19 as 3rd choice goalie.
..............Neuer
Lahm.Benatia.Boateng.Alaba
......Martinez.Schweini
.....Robben.Muller.Ribery
.........Lewandwosski

..............Reina
Rafinha.Dante.Badstuber.Bernat
.........Alonso..Rode
Shaqiri......Thiago.....Gotze

Bayern wouldn't have let him go until Reina was confirmed. Asking to go when Bayern were in talks wwith Reina would have been pointless.

Starke should go. A dodgey back-up to Neuer, and I'd rather see a youth player cone through the ranks for 3rd choice than someone like Starke.

If he leaves, we'll start losing money from the coffee machines at the Allianz Arena. Our whole financial structure would collapse.

Let's give a pair of gloves to Manu's brother, and he'll do just fine for a third choice.

Great what's the use of having 2 backups when they're more injury prone than the first choice. #-o
