Dear God...Valdes is the third choice for Spain and he makes plenty of mistakes. He can make some very good saves indeed but his blunders are too often and his handling off the ball and clearing the the ball when there is danger is very poor. Barca can do with him, he's a decent goalkeeper but I can name a lot of better ones. Barca don't really need a world class gk because they have the best midfield in the world + the best player in the world, creating pressure on the opponents so they can rarely attack Barca, because they have to defend all the time + they don't see the ball often. De Gea > Valdes.

When you actually see Barca important matches you'll realize that Valdes is a world class GK and does amazing saves. He's the 2nd choice in Spain, only a madman would choose Reina or Lopez over him. Everyone makes mistakes, if you talk about Arsenal's goal, even Neuer.

Both Arsenal's goals at the Emirates stadium were his fault, Ronaldo's shot in the CL from 30m out and he couldn't clear it out. Not to mention when Liverpool beat Barca a couple of seasons ago it was due to him. There's plenty of mistakes I've seen of him in big matches. He's no where near Van der Sar, Neuer, Casillias. He's a decent keeper but not world class. He's there with Adler and Wiese.

As far as I'm aware Reina is still the second choice.

Thomas Kraft should simple leave and join Hertha Berlin

he can also take Ottl with him to have partner on the road to berlin , and Lell will make sure that they feel comfortable there

OFF TOPIC : Valdes is highly overrated

If Kraft rejects them, Herta can always buy Adler.
