"I think if I keep trying hard every day then my chance will come but first I have to show what I am capable and try and catch the eye," said Usami, who is hiring a home tutor to get him up to speed with the language in Germany.

"I have to get accustomed to everything as quickly as I can so hopefully people will at least get a feeling of what kind of person I am when I speak," he said.

He isn't afraid to take on an opponent one on one that's for sure and I like that about him.

He has been better than I expected so far... But seriously! It's toooooo soon to judge him right now....
He has been pretty relaxed for 19 year old just starting his career in Germany... Good ball control/speed/technique... Nice crosses... some very good through passes.... He really seems very talented.... We should wait and see how he will cope to the physical side of the game, though.....

Overall... It's too soon to judge him, but he has shown some flashes of brilliance.... Let's be optimistic... [-o<
I just hope he has the typical "right" attitude of Japanese players... in that case, he'll definitely succeed sooner or later....

EDIT. I should really add that IMO he is not ready to replace Robbery as a starting player if they both get injured... It's too soon for him...

Bring in Oliver Kahn!
We need that kind of mentality in our club, in the team...

He isn't ready for 90 minutes, I agree, too little stamina... you could see him walking around way too much. But he's got insane technical ability, and to be honest, lacking stamina isn't that uncommon for a 19-year old.
The ideal team

Agree, his technical ability is incredible. I really really enjoyed watching him with the ball at his feet.

Check out his pass at 0:36. Too bad Alaba missed it.

He has been good so far but let's wait and see how he performs when we have some more important matches. But I'm sure he add depth to the squad and is very talented. Not bad signing by Bayern at all. I like this guy.

He isn't adapted to european football tempo yet and I don't know if he is fast or not, but his skills reminded me of Mesut Özil. Really clever passing and nice dribbling technique

Without a doubt, he is a player that will become world class . The comparison with Ozil, I definitely agree with you 8)

I think that The Loaning thing was Great

I mean , he is still 19 , he probably was watching Bayern CL matches on TV admiring Robben and probably has downloaded Robbens Goal vs MAn UTD ON PC

Now he is Their Teammate , and first Japanese ever in Bayern

and has A Great Chance in Staying here , and the only things he has to do is be confident , improve and play his Game

so now he has to Show it

I read an Interview with him on Spox, and Directly after finishing it ,i said " Bayern , A player like this has to be signed"

I could not believe how Professional , Smart , humble and Well-raised this kid is

I am sure his parents are proud of their kid

Good thing in Bayern is that we are not like Real Madrid , If You are really Great then you will play

Usami himself said that Bayern fans have only seen a little bit of Usami
( i personally have not seen him at all , but you guys say that he is great , and a friend of mine said that His Passing is Just Heavenly )

So He will 100% Get what He Deserves , I mean Jupp Heynckes wont even have the slightest Problem in Benching Ribery if Usami turns out to be better

and this is good to know for an ambitious kid like Usami
