Why are you all caring about PSG so much??
We just threw Bundesliga away, the only title we have a realistic chance of winning!! (Cause we're playing IN Leipzig, otherwise Pokal would be in there)...

We have no shot whatsoever at CL... Let 'em rape us, maybe it will FINALLY open our managements eyes: we need wc wingers and a coach able to count to three...

I think he should be given a run till the Winter break, at least. If he continues with these type of mistakes then sell him next summer. (If worst comes to worst and Sven does not improve and costs the team more games with his avoidable errors, then After the winter break Mr. Strake should take up the keeping duties until Neuer heals fully. Fruchtl should be the second choice keeper from next season onwards.)

I too get a sensation of nervousness from him (and PSG’s Trapp too) Hopefully he can cope with the stress and play better.

It's actually an interesting theory. Talking about how he has done poorly and let in some easy ones in night games, while he usually does well during day games. Maybe just a coincidence, maybe it really is a vision problem (of course no player will admit it right after the game, but it's worth checking out imo!)

Not easy to replace Neuer... feel sorry for him, he gives his best but that's not enough. We should go for a better keeper who will play Pokal games at least even when Neuer is fit... maybe Fruchtl will work.

He seems like a really nice and likeable bloke but is clearly not at the required level to be even a now and then second goal keeper.

Yep. I feel bad for the lad. Always seemed like a nice fellow and has been open about his limitations, he has always said that he can't replace Neuer and I respect that. But when you have a guy like Neuer out, no matter what the replacement is going to catch stick....Ulreich feels like the kind of guy who needs a good run of form to get going. He is so timid and indecisive. But with our defense and midfield defending, I don't think we can give him that right now.

Agreed. Nothing against Ulreich and these results are certainly not his fault but we can't play half a season or more with him. I don't know whether Fruchtl is any better but we don't really have anything to lose. Neuer himself got his breakthrough when other GKs got injured.

I can see the club doing an Ancelotti on Sven if he continues with his poor performances and keeps letting in silly goals. Either they’ll promote Frutchl until Neuer is alright or Starke will have to come to the rescue.

Games against Celtic, Leipzig, Dortmund, Berlin, Gladbach and PSG will all be crucial for him.
