What's his current total in all competitions? Any realistic chance of beating Gomez's 41?

38 in all comps with 4 Buli games left 2-3 CL games and 2-3 DFB Pokal matches left. He'd have to really choke not to break it. It'll be easier than hitting the 30 Buli goals.

There are only 2 cup games left, by the way.

Didn't realise he'd scored so many in the CL.

You know what's strange, people are adament on Robert starting in these champs league fixtures so much, but in the month of April he has been terrible.

Robert whoscored ratings in the month of April:

6.47
6.63
5.65
6.25
8.45 vs schalke
6.28
6.38

I don't get why people want to start both muller and robert so much these days, if I was pep i would start either or.

Lewa doesn't create chances by himself. He depends on the midfield creativity and wingers' crosses, two things that haven't been working lately

Stats are the best way to lie.
Lewandowski hasn't been in the best form of his life but those stats you mentioned there is not only his fault, you expecting a striker like Lewandowski to do what exactly when our midfield hardly produces any chances for him? Add the way of defense our opponents use against us 5 to 6 defenders into the box, there is no way any striker in the world can score on his own because before that the ball needs to come him so he can score.
Lewandowski hardly gets the ball INTO the box anymore, that's the problem not his finishing if Bayern against Atleti or any team in April that you mentioned could produce 2 or 3 chances for Lewa and missed all of them then I would be the first to crucify him.

Look buddy Bayern is playing below average all April we geared up for real against S04 for 45' feeding Lewa properly and we got nice football and 2 goals.Against Benfica he wasted only one chance and we were really poor as a team, we're playing at least average as a team these days, Lewandowski works his ass off on the field.

Lewy's drop of efficiency used to be addressed to Robbery's presence... the truth is that nobody can replace Robbery. Our strikers were better served inside the box with Robbery than Lewy is being served lately with different players. Robben is selfish but a dangerous mofo, his absence is felt in these games. Something isn't working quite right and it's someone's fault...

The game has changed.

CF create chances and makes chances. Before he was getting too many chances, now he is getting limited chances, but still chances.

Before everyone said it was because of Robben's selfish play. than pep's tactics, but the fact of the matter is that robert isn't helping himself. He reminds me a lot of Mario Gomez and how he was useless so many games because all he expected was service to come 24/7 to him.

I haven't looked up stats but I get the impression Gomez was way more consistent.

I'm sure MUTU will oblige.

Acting as a lone striker, Lewa has often found himself in midfield or on the wings to receive/hold balls leading to our box being basically striker-less. That's why his best performances came when Muller was on the field alongside him to link up plays and interchange positions with a constant threat on goal.

Read yesterday that his managers think he's close to winning ballon d'Or... Those two are scumbags... Also, then he should maybe start scoring one or two in the knockout stages...
