Easy to focus on the negatives right now... this guy is on fire right on time for the big games. Way way better than he was near the end of 2015.

Yeah, we can't find a better CF other than Lewandowski right now, we'd better improve his contract asap.

I'm so happy that Bayern have one of the best strikers in the world. We have always had good ones but not great(recently of course)

Honestly at this point he's still not even better than Gomez yet, by contribution and statistics, and you can't understate the brilliance of Gomez in the last 4-7 years. That being said, he looks like he'll be surpassing even Elber if he keeps this up.

Statistically Gomez will be hard to surpass. Not to mention that with 4 seasons with Gomez, Bayern reached 3 CL finals.

We have to stop looking at the past though. We have a great striker in Lewandowski. He has speed, technique and finishing and that makes him hard to stop. I hope he can improve a bit in the air given his height, but no biggy.

In the past I ve criticized Lewa but I hope with all my heart that he stays longer with Bayern.
I am not a big fan of the alternatives... Last Sat confirmed that El Pipita disappears on the important meetings.
Karim Benz is a massive striker but still I prefer Lewa ...

Haven't we debunked this silly claim enough times already? It's like saying that we've reached the CL final every time Nils Petersen is on the roster.

Silly claim? The more time passes and the more times we fail to reach the final, the more the theory is proven correct. It took us 11 dry seasons before Gomez and so far 2 dry seasons after he left. Sure, for the doubters, they can always put it down to circumstantial... after all, if humanity wasn't wired that way, we'd all share the same religion globally.

On some level I agree with the last 2 but not "pace"..If you are saying Lewa has pace then your idea of pace is very low....
Pace means Vardy,Aguero,Ronaldo,Aubameyang..
