Sorry but couldn't resist myself..do you think BENZEMA is better than aguero?

He only said Suarez and Benzema would be a better fit for us. I'd agree with that, Suarez is simply too good to not fit into a team and Benzema is a more complete striker. Whether Aguero is a better striker isn't really relevant.

Yes. But he is the less "strikery" out of the 4. He's game is part 9 part 10. Both Suarez and Lewy are balanced, Benzema is a bit more 10 than 9 and. Agüero is more 9 than 10. The modern game calls for more complete strikers than the past and in my view Suarez and Lewy are the best in that regard, while Benzema is perhaps a bit too 10ish and Agüero is just too limited (especially for a team like ours which requires 11 players who could play in midfield).

Also, as I posted before in the Müller thread, statistically Benzema is second only to Thomas in contributing to the goal differential for his team when with or without him.

Lewa is also the best of the four in the air.

I agree re: Benzema. While a class below Lewandowski, he is still a somewhat similar player regarding playstyle. Their real difference is that Benzema's development stalled around when he hit 24, while Lewandowski has only been improving with every year.

Admittedly Benzema might suffer from being played in a team with Cronaldo, whose selfishness and unflexibility is a detriment for the rest of the team.

In my opinion, Lewandowski is the #1 complete striker in the world.
However, If I had to rank them in tiers, it would be:

1) Suarez
2) Lewandowski, Aguero, Muller
3) Benzema, Cavani & Diego Costa

Lewandowski and Muller are also indestructible injury wise with Aguero and Costa being injury prone.

How I rate them:
Tier I: Lewa,Suarez,Aguero
Tier II: Ibrahimovic,Tevez,Benzema
Tier III: Morata,Cavani,Costa

Its important to say on which basis are you ranking them..
For me at the end of the day if you can bag goals somehow that's job done.I am ranking them as out and out goalscorers or goalscoring strikers.

And yes OT but i couldn't resist..Why are people undervaluing ibra so much..he can and does score all kinds of goals and has no weaknesses. He has never flopped.Don't know.He is a bit egoistical but he IS as good as he says.

I think in football you don't need to have arguably the best players in each position and besides that it's objective who is the best

You can argue about Lewy vs Suarez vs Aguero or Benzema but everything is about having the right (world class) player to do his job,in the right formation, it might sound pretty simple but that's it , when I saw Lewandowski at BVB and his full package as No.9 , I said that he is the perfect striker for us even if I rated back then L.Suarez as the world's best striker by far , so I think that only one striker in the world is PERFECT for Bayern and that is Lewandowski , personally I was backing him for the very first year when, he came at Bayern many blame him for not scoring 30-40 goals but I saw that his workrate is unmatched and that as a striker he didn't got the proper help and assists from his teammates rather than missing chances because of poor finishing or whatsoever , this year many things changed in favor of Lewandowski , Pep is using Muller next to him , Costa's start is a gift for striker because the Brazilian crosses and creates a lot of chances for the striker(like Ribery) and it seems that he needed a year to intergrate himself to a new style for him(possesion game) which is the opposite from BVB's counter attacking style(more spaces)

Lewandowski: You can't compare me with Messi & Ronaldo

Some good words from Lewy, he seems a down to earth guy and a hard worker [source]
