Is french really difficult for you by the way ?

There is a lot of brazilian or portuguese football player in French Ligue One. Most of them learn and spoke french quite quickly..

Don't be so tough on German food, sausage and Sauerkraut is nice enough.

French is probably the most difficult of the romance languages for speakers of other romance languages. I'm Spanish native speaker and can read 90% Portuguese and 60-70%Italian, french I would say only about 20% maybe. #12 is German, though.

He played his best game so far against Rostov while some others was invisible. I hope to see him start against Bayer.

Getting better and better every game he plays.

Seems to understand how possession football is played.

The man deserves more playing time after that performance! He did make a handful of mistakes but I think more game time is necessary for him to polish his skills. I have a feeling he has the ability to surpass Vidal....

I noticed a couple promising things yesterday.
He toned it down with the aggressiveness a bit, releasing the ball early instead of trying to keep it every time.
This is important because I have a feeling Simeone gave orders to pressure him really hard, he was triple teamed even more often than Robben
He played it safe with his passing and didn't try and force too many bad ones through.
The vertical passes he played through to Robben and Lewy were really well picked out, most of the time they had space to receive and turn without too much pressure.
Any time he lost the ball he worked his ass off trying to recover it.
Overall not a spectacular performance or anything but he is learning how to play within our system and his energy on the field was much needed.

Games like this are good for his confidence, and with a healthy dose of confidence a good footballer can become great.

Noticed recently that he's hanging out with Vidal a lot off pitch. Learn from the Warrior himself, best way to become even better. =D>
She’s beauty, she’s grace, if u tell her she only watches football for the attractive players she’ll punch u in the face.

Total ho for Thiago :P
