I'm surprised nobody mentioned this before, but new coach Heynckes has called Rafinha a "bastard". Rafinha himself thinks that this is a "good word" 
Heynckes is clearly referring to Rafinha's aggressive style.

Now the official Bayern news translation in English, it translated it as "cheeky rogue". I guess, in a way, they mean the same thing.

Yeah! I noticed they toned down the possible translation!

Yeah the picture confused me a bit. I was sure that Lahm is shorter than Rafinha. I think Lahm must have been standing at a higher place or something
