Forget it, Pep won't be here forever... I never was against him, but he won't stay. Nobody will fire him...

I think the conditions are good for him to stay somewhat longer than in Barca. He has to take care less of responsibilities which he doesn't like. Also, in a few seasons (2-3) a major overhaul of the squad will probably be needed (a transition away from Robbery + Schweini + Lahm + Xabi); that might keep things interesting for him. Hope he stays a while. Would be awesome if he were to take a young promising German coach under his wing while he is here.

I think Pep will leave after 5 season or so. A long time (been ages since someone stayed that long) but I'll be very sad when it happens.

Pep will try to stay til we win the CL. Tuchel as a replacement? Not bad at all.

Tuchel... come on, what did he prove to deserve to be Bayern coach, especially with the drama that he left Mainz with..

Tuchel is a good coach and is one of my fav. I really admired his Mainz ... if I am not mistaken he was the understudy of Herr Klopp ... so imagine a coach with Klopp's & Pep's methadology & phylosophy...
KLEP (Tuchel)
and I've just learned that he is from Bayern...

Tuchel is Klopp-lite in my books. And I don't even want the real thing here. Frankly, we should do everything we can to convince Pep to stay on as long as possible and after him an in-house replacement *COUGH*LAHM*COUGH* would be ideal.
The ideal team
