How people forget before he took over Bayern after they won it's first ever treble. Why change it to this boring style pf play. The team is the best in Germany ( Not to difficult ) But not in the world. Hate to say it but if you watch football their is a couple of teams better.

Real Madrid and, what, Chelsea? Can't see anyone else entering the discussion atm.

But really you weren't excited about Bayern taking on Manchester City 10v11 and nearly winning? 7-1 over Roma didn't have enough goals? I agree Bayern isn't always the most exciting to watch, but you can't really have your cake and eat it too. I get the nostalgia over Heynckes and thinking Pep isn't the way forward but I can't stand the twin "Bayern aren't exciting" and "Bayern are not good enough" argument. When we are winning we aren't exciting and when we aren't stomping Manchester United we are shit. Not trying to be Guardiola's defender but please pick ONE argument already and stick to it.

You want to create a team that will just trade punches with Real Madrid be my guest. Bayern could just be a Paderborn 2.0 but I'm pretty sure Madrid would still kick our ass every time. I think the tactical flexibilty Bayern have created is pretty exciting but if 4231 is it for you luckily there is plenty of that in the rest of the Bundesliga.

I don't think so. I think the 4-0 just was a culmination of many bad things at the same time. If we played them 10 times again, I don't think it would happen once.

Let's not forget that we still have a better head to head record against them. And even in 2012 when they had a perfect group stage, a La Liga win with 100 points and a long unbeaten run, we advanced to the finals over them.

It's funny but we always had our enemies in common with Pep... He tamed the overspending 'galacticos' RM in Spain, time to do it again. 8)
We have so much in common with Pep... We hate Inter, Chelsea, RM as much as he does.
It's payback time!!!!

It's not worth it. Guardiola is not Heynckes and it will never be good enough. The only way for these people to be happy with Guardiola is another treble. Because Don Jupp would have had a back to back trouble if he stayed. :coffee:

I was saying if we played this mythical exciting style of vertical attacking we would have been killed. Which is what happened that day anyway.

Where is taking Dortmund that 'beautiful football' of Klopp? Cause I remember many used his example of how things can be kept simple without 'tiki-taka' with efficiency... Simeone, is he winning La Liga again soon?
I have nothing against Klopp or Simeone, you're just making me use them against you, cause according by many here, they are 10 times what Pep is.

Smoke or drink? Because you don't share the same opinion. I'm glad you found yourself here. Sure, blame it on the messenger... Just get off my back.

Korab wrote:Hey, man you don't look like fair play guy, I don't like Borusse with his **** up ideas but what do you want from him mongrel? With your team playing like **** shit.
Football is so popular around the world because is so simple, you have the ball, you run, you shoot.
Basically there are 2 tactics, when you’re strong you try to score as much as possible, if you’re weak you try to defend and distract the opponents.
In case of Bayern, it seems to me, Guardiola invented the third tactic: you got the ball, keep it and do nothing more, strange. I don’t think any new players, no matter how good they are, would change that too much unless Guardiola at certain point realizes that something is missing in his tactics.
In game with Borussia he had very offensive system 3-4-3 or 3-6-1, who knows, without any attempts to score, that opened the field for Borussia to score 2 and he’s lucky they did not score few more.
Maybe he has something on his mind but after more than 1 year of his reign I don’t see any improvements. There is possibility that the players don’t understand what he wants but 1 year should’ve been enough for them to understand his tactics.

Everything is clear to me now... This is what I wanted.

I guess he should arrange a friendly with TP Mazembe then.

If BvB as a club became a person he would say the same thing.
