Wow...

This guy must not sleep at all. He and his staff cover EVERYTHING there is to cover....with a fine tooth comb. I can see why he needed a sabbatical from Barca. At that rate, he'll probably need another one in a 2-3 years. It's either that or be burned out by the age of 50.

Thats just a little fact about Guardiola people should have respect about. He is not just a normal coach, he lives his team and soccer overall. It's just funny when people say ''they play like shit'' all the time, without knowing the idea behind it all.

Just remember this was Pep in his first year at Barca.

Do you guys think it would be worth getting the new biography? I've read some excerpts and it does seem interesting...

this article shows a new insight about the defeat against Real last season (based on extracts of the biography). It is quite interesting, even if it is never nice to think back about that night.

I think I will, the excerpts I have read are well-written, interesting and actually delve deep into the methods and tactics used, not just generic stuff.

I think any coach that prides themselves in being a historian would relish the opportunity to coach one (or more) of the game's storied franchises....namely Bayern, Barcelona, Madrid, and Man U.

"I can see myself coaching here" referred to Manchester, not Munich, originally.

Its funny people Always tend to take quotes from a couple of years ago. You really think he is still so fond of Man U like they are right now?

He said he likes the atmosphere. He probably hasn't changed his mind.
