The sexual tension.

Mourinho needs to read up on the relation of stress and hair loss. He probably can't relate because even with a trophy-less season and bus parking, Stamford bridge loves whatever he does. Pep, 4 trophies, still not enough.

I have undergone an interesting shift in attitude towards Pep over the last few months. Over that time, I've been getting involved in starting my own team (helping out with practices, watching games from sidelines), watching all my school's games at the pitch, trying to learn more about tactics, playing FM and puzzling out strategy, and just paying more attention to the overall strategy of the play when watching games on TV. And I think that's resulted in a deeper understanding of what Pep is doing with the team, and correspondingly more respect for their play. Whereas last season I resented the differences in his team from Jupp's, nowadays I think I have a better feel for what Pep's trying to do, and I like it.

Anyway, there are a bunch of excerpts from his new book about last season online, which are really interesting. This is my favorite.
