Not to defend him (I know it will seem that way because it's me) but if I remember correctly he had mentioned once when he was still coaching us that he will retire early. I might be wrong or confusing him with someone else, but I seem to remember something like that. So it might not be related to his current results.
Super Bayern! Super Bayern! Hey! Hey!

Tbh I dont think that it will be cause of results either.
I have a feeling that he will go into Politics.

Lewandowski indirectly accused Pep Guardiola about Bayern not fit and strong enough in every second part of season under the catalan by saying this time the team will be stronger in the second part.

For good football : Neuer - Kimmich, Boateng, Hummels, Alaba - Vidal (Tolisso), Thiago (Tolisso) - Robben, Müller (James), James (Ribéry) - Lewandowski

For boring football : 4-3-3

Bentonomo wrote:Guardiola system make people believe he is always in control the truth his system always makes the oposition to have the clearest oportunities of goal.

Maybe only with Messi he could be succesful again.

To prove your point: Manchester City has allowed 26 goals in 21 matches this season which makes them worse defending than Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool, Arsenal, Man U, Everton, Southampton and Middlesbrough.

Still the genius had the guts to say that he considers Manchester City a 2nd Tier team in England similar to what Villareal is in Spain. This after having himself the highest salary in the world (18 M) and managing the team with the highest payroll in the EPL.

I want to see Guardiola managing AS Roma one day, a club that desperately needs a guy, as we Croats say, who knows the knowledge. :)

Title is beyond City after Everton loss, says Pep [source]

So City fans can expect no change to Guardiola’s philosophy that possession is nine-tenths of the footballing law. City’s problem, he felt, was what they did when they had the ball.
[b]“When you see the games against West Ham (a 5-0 FA Cup third round win) and even today, we had the control of the game. And when you have control of the game, you need to create more,” he said[/b].
 He never learns...

The greatest part of it all is Shitty fans saying stuff like "He is the best coach in the World, surely he will discard the tactics that dont work, be pragmatic and do what needs to be done" [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY][FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY][FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY][FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
