As far as I'm concerned, Pep got proper support from Kalle and co during his stay here, he has a great squad that he was given the opportunity to fit to his own liking. The players have explicitly stated they wanted him to stay...the club wants him to stay. He and his family live in a beautiful city that - according to him - they love. If he still doesn't want to extend and move to Manchester then so be it. Good coach, but certainly not the only one. If he can't win the CL here with what is probably the best, most balanced squad in the world right now, I doubt he'll have much of a shot with either one of the Manchester teams anyway.

I'm not really going to comment on the medical staff part because I'm really not sure what to think given the information we have right now.

Pep Guardiola's plan: Manchester United then Brazil [source]

Spanish football journalist Graham Hunter reveals what Pep Guardiola is planning for after leaving Bayern Munich. Hunter has spoken to people close to Guardiola and believes the Spaniard would like Manchester United to be his next employers.

Hunter said: "If the cards fall his way, his wish is to sample life at Manchester United for a variety of reasons."

Those reasons include a transfer to Old Trafford that fell through late in his playing career. Hunter added: "The move didn't happen but when he's come back to Manchester subsequently he's looked at the Old Trafford atmosphere, the legends and he has felt 'this is right for me’."

Hunter also reveals that, if all goes to plan, Guardiola would want to take Brazil to the World Cup in Qatar in 2022.

Didn't Pep say that the coach of the Seleção should be Brazilian?

Didnt Carlo say Bundesliga is no challenge no so long ago? Any one other than Pep Guardiola is a step down IMO. But then again, everything will come to an end eventually. I hope Bayern will never go back to the days where qualifying for last 16 is a problem.

Good for Carlo. He's a good cup manager but not the greatest in the league.

Brazil only hire BRazilian managers....

On the topic of club team, United the club makes sense for Pep, but the team that is in place does not....

No one on that team makes sense for Pep outside of DDG. It is really surprising if Pep does go, because he will need to most of their starting 11

I've read this and can't make any sense of it. Bayern has adapted perfectly to Pep, the team has been ticking like a clockwork orange (until injuries), everybody has expressed unbound love for him, there are no signs of disagreement with any player who remain. It makes no sense. He might or might not leave, but those reasons are just senseless.

Good point, and if the only thing he dislikes is the medical staff, then he has it pretty good. Docs can be replaced more easily than players...passionate players

Zozon, arathad, and Bastos80

Are you kidding me? You are all acting like little children on this topic...non stop whining about other users and going completely over the top with it. Grow a pair of balls and deal with it.
And please don't bring up other posts that don't have any relevance to the topic, just to ridicule another user.

You're worse than a city supporter

I would like us all to stop bitching onto one another... It looks like a civil war for Heaven's Sake.
If I am not mistaken we are all Bayern die hard supporters. Some of us are also paid members in a local fan club or with the official club or even with both...
Thanks for your kind attention.

Not to mention BayernForum's own official fan club.

Let's all respect each other. What's the point of not doing so?
