His boner got so big he can't contain it in his pants. Not even Messi's dribbling did that.

Whatever the real reason was, it is certainly bad publicity for Mrs Guardiola.

About a month ago, after Pep's trip to watch Barça we had a discussion in this thread trying to understand Pep's situation if Bayern met Barça further on in CL.

Now that we are in it, many people I met are questioning how Pep's heart will play in this. Most probably this will be fuelled by the media.....and in all honesty I am on the edge about it. What do you think ?

Pep with his ego, will try to prove he's the mastermind of the great Barcelona, and that his philosphy can be exported successfuly in other clubs even without Messi & co, so my guess is Pep gonna give 200% to beat Barcelona like a cold assassin.

I have no doubts about Pep's professionality. He will do everything he can to get us through.

I am afraid that all media 's attention will be solely on this and we will be the ones under most pressure:evil:

If somehow we manage to win the Champs league I think Pep leaves...this summer.

He has a contract so there is no way he will leave before 2016. On the contrary....I think if we win the CL he will extend his contract as he loves it in Munchen. There is just no other club that can offer him better conditions.

You cant just resign if you have a valid contract and your bosses dont want you to quit. It is not like working in a company where you can just resign because you dont want to work anymore. It is like player contracts...you dont see players resign and than moving to another club. The only way a player [if not sold] with a valid contract can leave is to retire.

I believe our bosses wouldnt try to stop him if he asked for mutual termination of the contract...but Pep loves it here and he has the full support...so I dont see any reason why he would ask for something like that.

Technically, you can. There would be an applicable fee that would be stipulated in the contract. For Pep that would be something in the millions of euros.

I have heard about club firing a coach before his contract expires and they pay him a certain fee for terminating contract. But I have never heard about manager resigning and paying a fee to a club.

Well it works both ways in other employment, so I'm pretty sure it's applicable to football too.
