2nd division is better than Bayern IIs or U19s.

I've seen this guy a lot of times and I don't like him. I will probably see him today once again against Augsburg. Hope we don't get him.

I think that we can get Petric for the same amount of money

That's a good point...

And I really prefer our backup striker to bw someone young who has a future... and someone who can actually score for us...
Not someone like Miro.... He needs to go somewhere he can play regularly... that would be better for him... and we need to find someone who can really help us, when he is called to the field....

The idea of having an experienced backup striker, like Petric, however seems better for us....

And if we find Peterson really talented, there is always the option of buying him an loaning him out.... Like what Schalke did with Holtby....

I'd say Olic is our experienced backup, but I want him to be first-choice. :P

LOL. You want a player who hasn't played for the whole year to be starter over a leading bundesliga scorer? Cause I see little chance of us playing with two strikers, after all we don't need more goals, we need to keep the opponents from scoring and that's why I wouldn't want 2 strikers but rather a DM duo of Schweinsteiger & Gustavo and Muller as an AMC.

This deal is looking more and more likely.

- Jupp Heynckes likes Petersen and wanted to get him to Leverkusen
- There is a requirement for an attacker who doesn't complain about sitting on the bench
- Petersen has a release clause of 3 million euros.

If it's on Bild then there is a big chance for it happening.

I hear that he has been impressive this season, but it is "just" the second division

I haven't anything special in this guy and Cottbus is probably the team that I've watched the most in 2.BL because they usually play on Monday

2.BL is really average and there are very few talented players. He is cheap but I don't see any special talent in him. He is far from being Bayern material IMO. Michael Thurk was much better than him last year, and he is not a very good player

we should just get him for 3 mill and loan him to an average bundesliga team. the risk in that is very low

Bild is reporting that Bayern will open talks with the player after pedersen asked for permission from the club. The release clause is 2.8mil.

This is genuine story and looks very likely at the moment

I have never seen him. YlonenXabi says that he is nothing special but I have heard a couple of times throughout the season that he has been impressive and stood out among the other second division players.

Has anyone else ever seen him play?
