oh no, plz, stay...

i guess it's inevitable. still, when it comes to football, it does seem incredible that there's actually any aging process going on.

I wonder who will take his number 7 shirt? That shirt represents a true Bayern Legend, Maybe Basti Schweinsteiger or should a new player arrive and take it? Ribery,Schaludraff maybe even Huntelaar? Any comments mates? Scholl has been one of the best ever, next to Effenberg and Basler off course, but Im happy to see him as a Bayern coach like, Gerd Muller.

it is Mehmet Scholl and not memeth:)

I would love to see him as a manager but only if he is world class or will be in near future:)
I think Guardiola sux but he is lucky to have such a great team and that they play same football they play every year...and he really never made a change to the team or to the tactics

He's certainly had a good start to his coaching career, at the end of last season when he took over Gerland's second team. I think it's too early to say whether he will be a very good coach in the future that can lead Bayern's first team too. We'll just have to wait and see how Scholl himself and his team develops. I've always loved the way he used to play football, if he can help the squad play the game with the joy and creativity he did I'm sure he's gonna do very well.

One of my favorite modern day Bayern players! I really miss seeing him play. As for coaching, I like that Bayern is faithful to those that served the club so well. Whether or nor Mehmet can handle the top job is far too pre-mature, as he is just getting used to coaching. He was creative on the pitch so let's hope that can be translated to his management style.
