I hate when Bayern are interested in players because we do our homework and have excellent scouts, then everyone else has to want the same players. This player may have attracted interest, but come on!

This is football, get used to it. Still, we're Bayern and if there's a need to splash out the cash, we will.

Actually this is NOT football. Football in terms of transfers is about actually scouting and paying the right price for a player, and not always get underhanded by shady transfer deals and some sugar daddy providing the entertainment. This isn't a video game. It almost seems like with some of these clubs it is, and they have cheat mode enabled on things.

We will splash the cash if need be, and we do have swaying power, I remember how we got Ribéry. But dealing with these oil tycoon game money clubs, and driving up prices, has got to go! UEFA and FIFA need to get more serious about punishment. Although these clubs selling love it a lot.

Its gonna be a lot harder negotiating when Roma dont want to sell. It will up to Benatia to force a move but with Roma in the UCL i dont think he will this season.

The quote, which I am translating below, reads as follows:

"At Roma I'm fine. I have under contract for four more seasons and we are negotiating a higher pay. There is no agreement at present. And I, at 27 years of age, have reached that age in which it's permissible to look around and verify if the interests of big clubs like Bayern, Manchester City and Barcelona are real."

It's good that he mentioned Bayern first [-o<

Højbjerg probably also knows French, seeing as he's half-French. And Guardiola can speak to him in Italian.

Boateng-Benatia-Dante would be a hell of a defense in a 3-4-3 formation.

Alaba would play as a Wing-back.

With Luiz going to PSG we should focus on Benatia and do our best to get him.

I did not see much of him but fron what i know
He would add a different CB type

Boateng is the athletic CB who is strong and fast

Dante is the one who can intercept Passes and shots, covers the ball &forward and starts the attacks with his passes

Benatia is the guy who can do the real dirty workout ,he is a strong tackler and can solve Hard situations with clean tackles

I've just read that Chelsea are offering Roma Lukaku + 20m for Benatia...
