And FCBayernMunchen I'd love to see him back to us. I believe he would be much better than the other time he was here.

I would love that too

also , Koeln signed Chong Tese from Bochum to replace Poldi

All evidence show that he will leave in summer. But also nothing shows that we are interested in him.
He is a "bomb" striker and can be a "bomb" winger as well.

He'd be a great backup but I don't think we will move in for him again.

It's more possible that he joins BVB to get revenge from us than joining us.
After all Klopp wanted him.

That is true, but with Barrios leaving they would become very very strong if they would get Podolski too.
I read and some unbelievable transfer rumours for them today but they are not reliable because I don't believe they have so many money.

i read a few days ago Ruhrnachrichten.de that they were following him but after Reus developped they prefered to get back their academy talent ... and Btw they now have no funds to make another big money deal ... now time to sell

More importantly, does this increase the probability of Van Persie being available this summer?

No I don't think so, they're trying to rebuild and they won't sell their best player at least not for cheap.

Arsenal are not trying to rebuild. They've become a selling club, pure and simple. They only made their proud profits last season by selling Fabregas and Nasri.
The ideal team

-Müller--Müller--Müller--Müller--
-------Müller---------Müller-------
----Müller----Müller----Müller----

I think you got it completely wrong.

I believe Arsenal is trying to rebuild itself and there is no chance they will let RVP go, unless he does not extend his contract. Arsenal are rebuilding and with Podolski they would have a good attack, its their defence that is not to shape but thats due to the injuries. The only reason Arsenal sold Fabregas and Nasri was because they were on there last years on their contract and they didnt want to renew. So Arsene mad the choice to sell rather than make excpetional offers for both.
Bayern got to fix up there attack

They are one of the more decent clubs financially wise clubs in the EPL. You have to hand it to them; for all they have been through, they now how to make a comeback-while in the black. Posting a decent balance sheet is no longer a forgone conclusion in English football I am afraid.

I think it depends a lot on whether they qualify for the CL tbh. A player like RVP would want to prove himself on the biggest stage
