One of the best strikers in Bayern history. Thank you for everything, Luca Toni.

Never liked his style but a great guy and a killer in the box. I enjoyed Ribery & Toni partnership both on and off the field, it was a joy to watch this duo at Bundesliga. Man 8 years since then  I'd swear it feels like 3-4

Grazie Luca!

I see Toni as a forgotten hero. I don't think many of the post-2010 fans know how great he was for us. I'd like to hear what you think about him if we have any here.

He owes a lot to Ribery... A good finisher who went missing in the big games... He'd score a lot in one game and go missing in the next important fixture. Something like Gomez... :P

The problem with Luca Toni is that he had only one succesfull season (2007/2008), then because injuries, he didnt return at his best with Klinsmann and Van Gaal finish for fire him practically in his third season..

But is a hero, specially because was our top scorer in one of the most funny season we have had with bayern (2007/2008)..

I know is that he succeeded roy makaay who himself was great..also that he was one of the most wanted when we signed him and not many people were expecting that at that time since we weren't this good..and seeing the stats I can tell he was a good striker and certainly not a flop..I think he would have been around one level more than mandzukic...

Yeah that summer is still the most magical one for me. Toni, Klose, and Ribery in one transfer window + signing back Ze Roberto + a bunch of other decent enough players like Altintop.

We were losing Makaay, but Bayern was signing Klose and Toni!!.. Amazing!!. Unfortunately, Klose just worked for the first six months, then he was under performance and never was what we expected.

For me Klose is the worst player Bayern had sign, because what he did vs the expectations..

This was a huge deal in Indonesia because Bayern was unheard of and there was no buzz around us at all since there were practically no Bayern fans (except me of course ;)), so it was viewed as more of a coup. A massive one. And I'm pretty sure that gave us a few more Indonesian fans

Altintop is one of the worst players in recent Bayern memory. I mean - Braafheid level bad. Just a powerful shooter, worse mobility than van Buyten.

Our last striker who had a goal celebration signature, although Gomez has the matador gesture but sometimes he forgets. Wouldn't be nice if Muller creates one?

Oh, Muller does have one - waving his hand wildly and uncoordinated and making an asymmetrical face. :D

Too spontaneous I guess. Wouldn't be nice if Muller starts double slapping whoever assists him on the goal? Similar to when he celebrated with Gotze:
