MLS website reporting his call-up too.

"USMNT: Bayern Munich forward prospect Julian Green accepts call-up for Scotland, Austria friendlies"

http://www.mlssoccer.com/worldcup/2014/news/article/2013/10/25/usmnt-bayern-munich-forward-prospect-julian-green-accepts-call-matches-vs-sc

EDIT: the guy quoted BILD but this sentence makes it seems that it's a done deal...
"United States national team boss Jurgen Klinsmann has confirmed that Bayern Munich II wing sensation Julian Green has accepted a call-up to November's European camp." He mentioned how Green could not play in the friendlies, so... it seems that he is just gonna train with Klinnsi and the USMNT?

Slightly off-topic: look at the comments, the Americans love Klinnsi

Off-Topic: We do love 'Klinnsi.' He has given our national team an injection of youth, and basically is doing with our team what he did with Germany circa 2005-6. And look what that lead to with Germany's team. Germany obviously had/has a greater talent pool, but it's great to have a coach who is willing to give a bunch of youngsters a chance and to put together a new and refreshed, if you will, team. Our country was clinging to Donovan, Dempsey, Gooch, Bradley, etc., all of whom are not getting younger, and Klinsmann is building a foundation for a future team that will at least be competitive, even if not necessarily world cup winners. Anyway, I pay far more attention to the German national team than the US, but I do hope Green chooses us  He'd be a great addition and let's be real, unless he turns out to be the next Müller/Reus/Götze, Germany doesn't need him (even if he does, they really don't need him)

He replaced Schweini Jr as CF for the past month or so. He has also played both wings this very same season.

If that Jr is with respect to their father then it should be Jr 1.
If you're talking about only brothers, then Tobias is the Schweini Sr.

Wait, Tobias is older? Bummer. I should have sticked with 4.Schweini but that sounded a bit derogatory. And ev'one just stop with the corrections will ya? You all know I have sibling issues.
