I agree but it won't be an easy transition unless it happens slowly.

That's why we shouldn't repeat the Robbery mistake on a higher scale. It needs to be a gradual transition... First one is replaced, then the other. Unfortunately a lot of this depends on them realising this themselves and I don't see that happening.

I think Ulli should still play a role at Bayern. Just not this big a role. And KHR seems like a good manager and political operator. Somehow Bayern has good relations with all major European clubs which allow good deals for us. I don't want him to leave. Ulli and his stuborness seem like a bigger problem somehow.

Now that you say it... It is true, we're quick to point out Uli and Kalle's shortcomings, but they have done well in keeping very good relationships with clubs such as Madrid, Juve and Barça, which has helped us get some really good deals on their players.

It's not by chance that he is President of the clubs association and that most want him to continue in the role even though he seems tired at it.

Yeah, Brazzo is a great bloke and you shouldn't just a book by it's cover but everytime the camera pans to him during a game he looks absolutely clueless.

I like Brazzo just fine but since day one I've held the opinion that he was put in place simply to be a yes-man for Hoeness and nothing's happened to change my opinion on that thus far. Nice guy - appreciate him of course - but sadly feels kinda like a puppet to me right now. Perhaps he can shake that - but I haven't seen it yet.
