The problem is that we are losing advantage by playing Ribery. Like we did with Alonso. A world class player's contribution and declined players contribution is too different and playing declined players really harms us.

in this case, MGT must interfere Carlo, otherwise, this season will be a waste for us.

Ribery must ask himself what he did vs Madrid or Arsenal second game or first 3 Bundesliga game and Super cup. He must understand that he is a burden to current Bayern side. by behaving like this, Bayern fans will start to lose respect for him. After all, he gave so much to Bayern, yet enough is enough. we already tolerated Ribery so much in the last 2 years. On the other hand, Lahm should be an example for every Bayern player, he preferred to retire instead of a being a burden for Bayern and deserves ultimate respect.

l hope MGT learned from past mistakes, especially from Alonso mistake. We must end this mess anymore. otherwise, changing the name to Charity Club would be logical.

Yes, sadly, few players (Like Lahm) know when it's time to walk away while they are still at a top level (and even he had declined some). Most think they still "have it" when in reality they're long past it. I will always love and respect Ribery, but he runs the risk of harming his reputation if he continues playing. Recency bias is a real thing....regardless of how great a career he has had, if he plays two more years and does the team more harm than good, many people will remember those final poor years more than the rest of his great career.

When he is fit like in the preseason, nobody in the market who is available now is better than him.

I think if he can play more central on the pitch, when he did not need to run on the wing all game,he can be more useful for the team.
(as inside forward in WM attack formation)

This season MUST be his last at Bayern. Excellent player during his prime and thankful for what he has done for the club but all good things must come to an end. Plus his demeanour and conduct is very detrimental to the team!

Somebody needs to call Ribery to order.
Somebody at the top must be enabling this rubbish attitude he exhibits all the time. He's the oldest man in the squad but never seems to act like it.

He is acting like a child. If Ribery were okay with accepting a rotation/sub role I'd be fine with keeping him for another year or maybe even two. But unless his attitude drastically improves, he has to go at the end of the season, no more extensions. Sorry Franck, I am thankful for all your contributions to this club, but when you act like this you create a toxic atmosphere and are hurting the team more than helping.

One year ago you tell me Ribery might become our toxic tumor I would never had believed it.

Sammer was keeping him in check. Internally Bayern should fine and suspend him.

It's funny, because according to Uli, Brazzo has done more in his first month than Sammer did in his entire time at FC Bayern.

After reading his declaration, l don't think he would learn his lesson. He still says he want to be involved in every game. #-o

He must understand that he is almost 35 and in declined since 2-3 years. And he is a burden to our team.
