I see the logic behind that. If a. Team can't score why are they worthy of a point?

Because they defend very well? I hate bus parking as much as the next guy, but it is a legitimate tactic. I can't stand it when teams have all their players defending their box, but what else can teams like Ingolstadt do against Bayern? Look at it from their perspective. If they're forced to attack, we will see a lot less giant killings because the teams with the better players will always outplay the weaker opponents by virtue of quality alone. Not every team can be Leicester City and this will only hurt the smaller and weaker teams more. On top of that, this won't reward the keepers who'd work so damn hard to cover for his hopeless team-mates.

People want to see at least a goal, not a goalless draw... and not be like "WTF did I just watch" or just fall asleep while watching it. Talking about rookies here... and they make the majority.
Goalless draws is one of the things that gives this sport a bad name... if you can't know a winner, at least let them see goals and entertainment.
People pay to see them play... and they want goals, so they should be both punished with 0 points for not entertaining enough.
Someone scores a goal or two... you can talk about something even with someone who doesn't understand much and you'll remember something from the game. If the game finishes 0-0, what you gonna talk? Boring game... no goals and you'll most likely forget it.

All good as an idea, but it would definitely be abused. Teams would agree beforehand that if they are 0-0 by the 85th minute or so, they would let each other score so that the match ends 1-1.

Very good point. Or make it 1-1 by the fifth minute then play their normal game for the remaining eighty-five.

Say..that's a hell lot of trust in your opponent..

Lahm:"Ok Mats..we are 0-0 and its only 5 mins to go..So I would let Auba to score but you must "promise" me that you will allow lewa to score too.."
Hummels:"Ya,Sure Philipp!(  just let us score once!)"
