FC Bayern München II may be 12th in the Regionalliga Süd table, but Emre Can has a special statistic of his own: in the last 6 matches in which Emre Can played, FC Bayern II have won 5 and drew 1, scoring 16 goals and conceding only 5 goals in the process.

He was the Schweinsteiger of the U-17 team and from that statistic I can gather he is the Schweini of Bayern II as well.

Nice stats from him.

I'm just wondering how long we are going to wait to see Can in 1st FCB team...

I see him one day as a backup for Schweini, somekind of deep-lying playmaker who would suit perfectly in central midfield with Bastian's ban or injury absence.

He does not have a professional first team contract yet, but his contract with the reserves expires in June 2013.

Given that he's been called the "jewel" of Bayern by Hoeness, I wouldn't worry much about his future at the club just yet.

Quaazi trust me Bayern have too many crown jewels in Usami Alaba Contento Jennings Vastic and Derflinger (and many many more) (discounting Kroos and Muller who are just 21 and 22) this guy would have to work his way up I have no doubt he will

That oughta be fun! But he's still 17, so doesn't he have school?

I am pretty sure those Munich schools can be pretty accommodating when it comes to recovering 7 ~10 days of missed classes if any. None of my Basket/Football pals at school saw the inside of a classroom; yet they got pretty decent scores at the end of each term.
