Kroos is still young, and he's been played out of position all season, so I don't really see your point.

Well, in general...I don't like to overrate young players or even compare them to old stars [that's my point!]

True. At his age you can't really tell whether or not he will make it, and of course he has to be given the opportunity, otherwise he will never make it, however good he is (Kroos kind of suffered from this in the past season).

Emre does seem to be one of the most talented players of his age though

Kroos only played out of position because he failed as CAM and LM. Muller is way superior to him in those positions.

Kroos hasn't reached his full potential yet since he has no place in Bayern's XII. He must go on loan.

I'd really like to see Kroos on loan outside Germany. He already proved he can be a great player here (Leverkusen) so why don't try him on England or Italy? Of course, if Heynckes doesn't make him shine first.

Oh my! Can IS a complete player... he was really really good against Panama...
If it was like 20 years ago, he would have been an ideal candidate to play as a Libero.... he is definitely going somewhere...

I agree, he is good at almost everything, isn't he? The closest role to a libero today is a box-to-box midfielder, so maybe his future lies there.

Like I said:

FCBayernMunchen wrote:Maybe, just maybe, he can replace Schweini in the future. Schweini won't be here forever. By the time this guy is 21 Schweini would already be 31 years old.

But it all depends on his attitude. Many players with loads of potential have ended up not going anywhere.

The Eurosport commentators pronounce Can as Jan as in 'Je' in French.

I was hoping it was pronounced as "Kahn"

And English commentators of Jazeera pronounce it: Chan...

Anyway, this guy is showing a lot of promise. I like the way he plays, he defends, creates and dribbles... Good physique for his age. I say he's the next breakthrough. Maybe our own version of Oezil? [-o<

And: LONG LIVE TURK-GERMANS, they're adding flair to the squad =D>
