Daniel Müller

Postby MUTU » Mon Dec 26, 2011 4:59 pm

Daniel Müller was born on 19th May 1992 (currently 19 years old) and is the tallest player in the FC Bayern II squad, and probably the second tallest player in the world.

He has joined FC Bayern II last summer and has not played any matches yet.

Read and comment in the BayernForum.com blog article I wrote about him here: blog/muller-the-second-biggest-player-in-the-world

Seems like the less known Mueller on the club is having a hard time getting recognized; not even the coach knows who he is!!

'Mueller with gloves' as he is affectionately called here will soon need to start wearing an ID badge: Apparently the guy was invited by the goalkeepers' coach to train with the first team. Upon setting his eyes on him Don Jupp had to ask who he was and what was he doing there.

And they say we have the smallest roster in the league. :D

 Seems like Heynckes did not read this: blog/muller-the-second-biggest-player-in-the-world

Anyway the biggest point that we should be raising is: do we have five goalkeepers training with the first team now?

Is he still with Bayern II ? Should try him as a centre forward. He can stay in the opponent's penalty area all match long without even moving. Crosses from either Mueller or Ribery from the wings and he doesn't even need to jump. Hopefully he heads the ball into the net. Pair him up with DVB and the defenders will have a hell of a time.

Like we've learned from Peter Crouch, being tall doesn't necessarily mean being good in the air (seriously, Crouch is an okay player in the air but a far better one with his feet, as odd as it sounds. Want real target men? Try ol' Droggers, as we know full well).

MaCk0y, you jinxed Daniel Müller.

FC Erzgebirge Aue's official website wrote:Zudem stellt sich derzeit Torhüter Daniel Müller (20 Jahre) von der zweiten Mannschaft des FC Bayern München bei den Veilchen zum Probetraining vor.

Translated as: "In addition, goalkeeper Daniel Müller (20 year old) of the second team of FC Bayern Munich is preparing to go on trial with the Veilchen (Violets)."

Not a surprise really. Unfortunately even if we have a future world-class goalkeeper in our youth teams, it is highly probable that he will leave us before we get the chance to use him, because Neuer will probably be here for a long time.

On top of that Raeder seems to be Scholl's no.1 choice.

Bringing in three goalkeeper in front of him over the last 2 years and it only makes sense he would seek opportunities elsewhere.

Whatever he decides, good luck to the lad. I wouldn't mind another ex-Bayern goalie in the Bundesliga one day.

I've just found out that FC Bayern II bought him back on 12th August and he's playing as goalkeeper right now.
