Ottl is way better than Lell

Ottl has some good plays (when he plays CDM not CB)

I agree, but he is average if you compare his quality with Sweini/Lahm or Kroos/Muller.

Of course! But he is good enough to be a sub!

Ottl is a decent sub, especially with MVB getting banned every few weeks.

Hamburg are interested in Lell

they want to sign him because Guy Demel is in the African cup
==================
Besides Sunderland are offering 5.9 mio to sign Demel

so i think that Hamburg will accept this offer

lol.. Lell will still be benchwarmer. HSV has many options in defense. but not if we buy Boateng ofc :D

I like what Nerlinger is doing with this squad. He's spotted the weaknesses and is trying to eliminate them as soon as possible, loaning players who possibly have a perspective in this Bayern squad in the future and selling others who were/are absolutely needless. If Lell doesn't leave this transfer period, he will eventually look for a new challenge elsewhere over the summer, along with Gorlitz and Rensing, making some more room for either new talent coming up from the second Bayern team, or new stars being bought from abroad.

If Hamburg decide to sell Demel to Sunderland for the rumoured sum, I can't see them buying Lell. If they decide to buy a new right-back in that case (which they don't neccessarily have to, having Boateng in their squad), they'll be looking for a quality player who can help them on the long-term. Whereas if they decide to keep Demel, I do see them making a move for Lell, who could be his possible replacement as long as Guy is absent, playing at tha Africa-Cup.

Apart from the fact that HSV don't need him, Lell wants to leave the Bundesliga if he leaves Bayern
